As Santa Terry says, don't let it dissolve in your mouth - can make it tingle or go numb.
Make sure your liver function (ALT levels) is checked regularly.

I don't think that I had any side affects. There are quite a few threads on Riluzole so if you put it in the search box top right of page , you should find them.
Sometimes it is advisable to only take one tablet a day for 2 or 3 weeks so your body gets used to it. Also it's important that it is swallowed quickly and does not devolve in the mouth or throat.
