Forum members for whom English is not their 1st language?

Just wondered if there is a facility for people with an MND diagnosis & their carers to access the forum and all the other valuable MNDA resources if their 1st language isn't English?
May not be possible....however I'd be interested to know.
    Thanks.
Initial diagnosis 7-4-2021 'suspected MND' confirmed by 2nd opinion 4th June 2021 ALS. Began with R foot limp and lots of falls. NIV overnight. Generally weak. Mostly terrified.

LindaB MND Connect will give you a more comprehensive reply, but some of the information sheets do come in several languages, such as:

Information sheet 7B - Tube feeding

This sheet covers decision making about tube feeding if you have swallowing difficulties with MND. To download, select from the following languages:
Arabic, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Nepali, Polish, Portuguese, Punjabi, Romanian, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Slovak, Somali, Spanish, Tamil, Turkish, Urdu and Welsh.

Diagnosed 03/2007. Sporadic Definite ALS/MND Spinal (hand) Onset.
Significant bulbar impairment - No functional limbs - No speech - Feeding tube - Overnight NIV - Eye gaze user

It was a thought that came to me in work....so many people need a variety of languages to access support. 👍

In the area I live and work there's a web site called Care Place. Shared by 5 London boroughs. It's a place to go if anyone is looking for advice and support..social care etc. On the 1st page you can choose from a wide range of languages...when you choose a language the whole of the text on each page is automatically displayed in that language. It's amazing really and great technology (I'm easily impressed).
Just gives wider access to more people in their 1st language.

LindaB The forum has a very slimmed down version of different languages available, powered by Google Translate, but the language options are the basic 20th century choices of French, Spanish and German (and what German speaking adult doesn't have a good proficiency in English??!!) and not reflective of the population make up of the UK.

Incidentally, I did see that MND Connect can provide simultaneous translation on its calls, if callers find it difficult to converse in English. xx
