      I've just double checked with our Support Services team and the payment should have arrived in to your account on Friday 10th December. Could you double check your account and let me know if it has definitely not gone in please?

      • Hi Rachel, I have double checked my account and the email that I sent you. The grant has definitely not arrived to the account specified in the email. Very strange and a bit worrying. Thank you Rachel.

          Hi Graham

          We've checked with our Finance Team to see what has happened. I apologise as there has been some sort of delay with our Finance Team which is why you haven't received the grants yet. We've chased this with them and they are going to make a same day payment so it should go in to your account today (Monday), tomorrow at the very latest.

          I am sorry for the delay.
