Dear Ali,

I would just reiterate Ellie's suggestions, the Oxford Lees head support is quite a rigid support which secures around the forehead.

We would always encourage you to speak to your Husbands Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist and ask them to assess suitability for a different head support.

It is very difficult to get the right head support which is not only supportive but comfortable as well. If you find there is no head support available which is right for Chris the Occupational Therapist can approach an organisation called Remap to see if they can make a bespoke piece of equipment for him.

The Miami might be suitable as it's high and rigid, or the Oxford Lees?

I use a head strap around my head with my HeadUp / Snood when travelling in a WAV but IDK if it'd be comfortable to wear all day.

Is his OT any good or involved?

Hi everyone my husbands neck has got so weak he is finding that the head masters collar is not doing the job now , he has the new mnd snood but can't get on with it , I think he needs something to go round his forehead to stop his head dropping forward . Ali
