    fund raising

The Preston MND team who supported Mick were unable to walk from Preston to Burnley this year so decided to walk/run etc 100k during September instead. I joined the challenge! what with running round a massive school all day, some dog walking, swimming etc I completed 107.8km in just 9 days! I set up a justgiving page on my facebook and I am proud to announce that I raised £230

Thanks everyone, up to £250 now. With fund raising at Micks funeral, his bike group collection/selling off some of his bits and pieces. 2 collections last Christmas , my daughters doing birthday facebook fundraisers and this raised over 2k. I will always support this worthwhile cause

Fantastic achievement Shrew and well done. I am always appreciative of people who continue to raise funds and support MNDA after loosing their loved ones.

ALS diagnosed November 2017, limb onset. For the 4 yrs previously I was losing my balance.

I'm staying positive and taking each day as it comes.
