      Hi Juliette

I wonder if the PALS service is now a broken reed?

Find out more about the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS), which offers confidential advice, support and information on health-related matters.

When I had to deal with my mum being discharged after hip repair with no care 10 years ago they got the district nurses et cetera shifted remarkably quickly.

But of course there may not be able to do very much in your circumstances?
