Day One - now what?

Hi Everyone

I'm so glad to have joined this forum a day after getting diagnosed at 55 with this disease. This is the first full day and I've been reading lots and getting support from friends and family. Does anyone have any advise on what to do and not do in this very early stage of a difficult journey. Thanks in advance

Very important to know what MND you have. Get a gene test.

This informs you how much time you have to get a care package in place but the safe assumption is to act fast.
