    My future

I think I am cool with nearly everything that I am facing but there's still a little problem that I am hoping you guys could help me with?
When I have lost the use of my arms how do I deal with an itch?
I'm not a wimp but I value my sanity.

You'll find another use for door handles, taps, table edges and the likes - they double up as scratching posts

I make sure my skin is well moisturised to reduce itchy moments and stay well hydrated - every little helps!
