    Problems with eating?

My outlook changed when I discovered small bite/soft food. I particularly like the cauliflower cheese meal from Oakhousefoods.co.uk Just because my jaws don't line up, I dribble and swallowing requires thought, this company has given me my taste buds back. Try them. Love you all Matthew

Sounds good Mathew, I’m still mostly eating normally. My only changes over the last few months is that I eventually realised that I’m intolerant to dairy. Long story but better since avoiding that. The other thing is that I decided not to have thick sirloin steak again after I had given up struggling to cut it and chew it the other day. Love Lynne
ALS diagnosed November 2017, limb onset. For the 4 yrs previously I was losing my ballance.
I'm staying positive and taking each day as it comes.

Hey Lynne, there is SO much I miss from before my change it sucks. But then I find all the new stuff and it doesn't seem that important anymore. Love Matthew

I really hope you find new, soft foods that you can eat , that are also tempting Matthew. It's so hard to give up your favourite food !

I can still eat most foods albeit slowly. I have developed food intolerances, like Lynne
( gluten , eggs etc ) and it's hard to believe this is unrelated to MND. Blood tests didn't highlight anything and I politely declined the camera down the throat.

Hope you continue to find food you can eat Matthew.
        Love Debbie x

Thanks Debbie, and I had the camera and I was so fascinated to see the inside of me I forgot to feel anything! 😊
