I had an inspiration and got a pestle and mortar and crushed my tablet and added it to my barista latte with a dash of single malt. Funny how when faced with death life becomes so focused. 😉🙂

I don't want to diss your solution but be aware that taking Riluzole with fat lessens its uptake, i.e. you're not getting its full bioavailability, and we need every bit of help we can get, right!!
However, if it's the only way you can take it, it's probably better than not taking it at all.βDiagnosed 03/2007. Sporadic Definite ALS/MND Spinal (hand) Onset.
