Yes, there most definitely is Matthew!
You may need to avoid certain positions to avoid abrasion of the site and maybe tape the tube out of harm's way, but I'm sure you're imaginative enough.
If having 2 long appendages is cramping your style, the long tube can be replaced by a low profile button once the tract is fully healed/established.
