I'm in one of those minds to ask a question to my fellow livers, What do you miss most from before? For me, and to my shame, it's blowing my nose. Life is what you make it. x

Hubby missed being able to drive and go to see his beloved Belle Vue Aces. This post touched my heart.

This made me teary. He would say the independence in general I think. Recently scratching actually. He's always asking me can you itch my arm, or head or back....I don't know whether that's related at all to the MND or just coz he can't do it, that we notice it more.
                        Me no no.

I miss being able to say let's go to the beach, let's go for a picnic or a nice walk. I know he will try but then I know how tired he will be so I no longer want to make suggestions. On the other hand he will suggest something and I know he will not be able to cope so I have to make excuses. Things get complicated.
