    Reasons to be cheerful

Since my 18th birthday I have had a beer belly. I tried exercise, diet and even abstinence to be rid of it, but no luck. I was even told that if I didn't lose it before I turned 40 I would have it for life. But then along came MND and today I am the proud owner of a flat belly. There is always a light it just needs to be seen. πŸ˜‰πŸ˜ƒπŸ‘x
Bulbar started Jan 2020. Mute and 100% tube fed but mobile and undefeated. Stay Strong πŸ€—πŸ˜˜πŸ€—πŸ˜xx

It’s a known fact that women who put on weight are likely to live longer than any men who mention it to themπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

My husband is still alive and I have no idea how come. He never had the sense to give the right answer when asked does my bum look big in this or even how do I look!

I like my beer belly, it makes a useful table for snacks when watching the telly

Denise, Is the correct answer :
            a) it’s not the outfit, you just have a big bum
            or
            b) can you move 3 foot to the left , you’re blocking the telly
            or
            c) no, of course not, not sure about the colour though

As long as there’s golf and beer I’m happy

Well I'm sure my waist line is really increasing as I abandon any attempt at calorie control, and as other parts of me shrink. Which equals weight equilibrium x

I'm encouraging Stephen to eat and just find myself joining in not much fun eating alone
