    It's my life

Ever sat for ages straining to pass a boulder and producing a pebble? But everyone says that it's not MND. Well we are all different aren't we so it follows that our illnesses will be different too. It's this inability to perform this simple act that brings my mood so very low every day yet no one cares 😠

We all care. The thought of you producing pebbles has us all shaking our heads and feeling for you.
didn't Ellie saying something about magnesium helping things along? Lidl do some fizzy ones that make a nice drink. She might have other ideas.

      Hi Matthew,

Try adding coconut oil to your cuisine creations. I take a tablespoon every day and it keeps me regular.
I’m going to do this even if it kills me!

I didn't mean you lot, more Doctors who think they are God. Sadly I strain the same for liquid. 😞

I suppose they think they are there for more important things unless of course you've had the problem for a while. How about some porridge and nutty things might just clean things out a bit. I suppose if everything is strimmed your roughage might be lacking. Stephen complained the other day and I've never ever known him to complain of that. 😲 can you still drink tea? Might help. Hot water bottle on your tummy might help.
gosh nothing like talking about someone's bowels 😊

Well you must be the first to complain about a broken arse - I couldn't text for laughing. Oh dear I don't know who or how we can fix that! Damn I just had a good laugh and I know you said i never have to say sorry but my laughter didn't seem quite right. I apologise for not offering to kiss it better πŸ˜‚

Yep, that's me - I don't have the muscle strength to push.

If it weren't for my pusher laxatives, I'd just muster up turtles πŸ˜‹

I know you say you don't need laxatives, but I'd beg to differ...

                      Love Ellie.

Yes that's me too. Lots and lots of water and laxatives that work to soften and produce the push. I use Dulcolax twice a week. Don't let it go on too long. It's different for everyone so experiment until you find what works for you. Fun fun fun xx Take care x

Perhaps it is shy, or cold and does not want to come out to play

I totally understand Matthew. Something so basic becomes so difficult πŸ₯΄. I use senokot and lactulose ( not at the he same time ! ) but even then I struggle. Isn’t it great to be able to talk about such basics with people who understand ? Relief will come. It has to😬. x

It is OK to take both at the same time, they each work differently - Senokot is a pusher, Lactulose is a softener.

I take Senokot and Docusate Sodium together, with plenty of water as a chaser!
