Has anyone with Bulbar onset had the flu jab? If so, how were you afterwards?

I've had one! Our great GP came to the house to do my and my husband so we did not have to go to the surgery.
I had a headache and slight temperature two days later but nothing like as bad as flu so its worth it.

Elvisfan I don't know if it makes a difference, but I think there are different vaccines for under and over 65yo?
I got the under 65yo jab, no side effects at all - I have significant bulbar impairment.

Had mine in September. Never had any side-effects, other than a slightly sore arm. I have COPD so can't afford to get flu.Each day is made easier with a bit of humour.Comment
