When I get a mood on nothing anyone can say gets me out of it. Infact it usually makes me worse and you can tell this as my replies get more vicious and mean. I think it's because I learnt that physical violence is fleeting but words stay for much longer and hurt more. So if you care anything about me please just leave me alone when you see the signs. I will bounce back but in my own time. Usually after a good night's sleep. 😉😁😍xx
