care at night

hi all,
having progressed rapidly since Christmas i now have carers 4 times a day and despite my initial fears its been a massive help. my question is regarding care overnight when i can no longer use my arms and turn over in bed - i am on niv with nippy and its a worry that if i have breathing problems and can't raise an alarm... do any of you have carers overnight and if so how did you get them and at what stage of the disease
