True words but to be able to speak and eat and drink so close to the end would be heavenly. ๐Ÿ˜ข

Hi Matthew, well we canโ€™t choose can we.So for today I am going to try and enjoy it as best as I can.Started day with a few snow showers.I enjoyed the sunshine at the weekend and having family come for an Easter Egg hunt.
I realise many people on this forum have complex and difficult effects of MND to cope with.
I am always inspired by Ellieโ€™s sound advise and positivity despite her limitations physically.
Its not in my best interest to imagine all whats to come to me so the strategy I use is donโ€™t waste today worrying about things that havenโ€™t happened yet.Of course I have tears and low periods but so far they are not an overwhelming daily emotion daily.
I too have seen all sorts of illness caused by terminal cancer but what I did witness when I worked in a community hospital was good palliative care to try and keep each person as comfortable as possible.
    Happy Easter Monday .

Stephen is the same. Tries the right, goes on to the left. After a while back to the right then asks me to help. Usually when eating.

    Sorry no?
I find I am using my non dominant left hand more too, as my right hand weakens. And so it goes on

    Old dog new trick

Having been right handed all my 50 odd years of life, I now find myself having to learn to be a lefty. Remember what I said about terminal cancer? ๐Ÿ˜‰
