For three days every time I breathed out I ! made a noise. I even got used to it. Then on day four it was gone. Silent breathing again. Like I said it ain't over till it's over init? 😁x

South likes your diaphragm is getting stronger Mathew. Are you doing breath stacking exercises? Lynne xALS diagnosed November 2017, limb onset. For the 4 yrs previously I was losing my balance.
I'm staying positive and taking each day as it comes. -
