If like me you get blocked nose and it interferes with your breathing get Sterimar Breath Easy a saline spray that you can use as long as you want unlike commercial stuffy nose sprays. Clear breathing heaven 👍x

I'm a fan of saline/seawater spray too. Not just for nasal pillow NIV users either, but a great nose unblocker for those of us who don't have the oomph to sniff or blow 😤

yes I've never thought what a ridiculous expression, slept like a baby. But Matthew really glad to hear NIV is helping now xDiagnosed July 2020, ALS bulbar onset. PEG and ventilator (mainly at night), and pretty poor speech, but legs still about functioning!Comment
