Poor Stephen, he must be so fed up.

If he hasn't already - ice chips (if safe); iced water drink (if safe); clean his ears; if he has wind, get rid of it.

If the hiccups continue, he should be checked out as to what on earth is causing them. Baclofen can stop them but, if there's an underlying cause, such as acid reflux, he can take a PPI, eg, Lansoprazole. And his chest should be listened to.

Stephen has just started a 2nd day of hiccups. I wasn't sure what was going on I could just hear this funny noise. I'm not sure what to try. Eating or drinking isn't making any difference. I tried a fizzy magnesium drink. Stopped for a while and started again. 🤔
