    I think its emotions. They hide under the surface and when something difficult or unhappy comes up we wail. I think it's good to get it out. Just sometimes it's a bit embarrassing to be bawling our eyes out.

    When I say that my Prozac has stopped me crying I mean bursting into uncontrollable tears at any time and everyone asking me "what is wrong with you?" Stopping my frustration means that I can now do so much more. Before if a task was complex or difficult my breathing would increase, I would get uncomtably hot and start having problems breathing. Nothing is what it seems with the mother of insipid diseases of all time. MND/ASL
