Good Luck Matthew..at least you sound like you are sorted.You don’t need to be a regular at Wigan hospital.I ended up on a potassium drip as well when had the RIG fitted last week.My appetite is poor now although I can swallow ok at the moment.
Hope you are home soon and get carers restarted.

So yesterday started with such promise and ended with me in back in Wigan Hospital on a drip. Atleast today I finally got a catheter fitted, my extreme constipation being dealt with and my potassium being brought back from the dead. Add to that the prospect of a shiny new PEG tube and the 24 hours have ended better than they stated. Oh and no prosac as apparently it had given me a heart murmur. Swings and roundabouts 😁😍🤗😘xx
