    Life with a catheter

I've only had it for a couple of weeks and today the tap broke and I've spent a small fortune on overnight bags, day bags, stands and shoulder bag. Who knew having MND/ASL could be so expensive! 😆😁😄😘xx

Hi Matthew, Neil has also been catheterised now and the District Nurse has organised everything he needs. Your GP should be prescribing day and night bags.

      Hi Matthew,
I know from working in a hospital that like Lynda said all catheter bags, stand etc are provided via NHS,
Maybe contact your district nurse team and they will order what you need.
      Best wishes
      Mary

That's the problem District Nurses have only got a voice number. My friend isn't here yet so I have ordered stuff to arrive tomorrow. I just want to be comfortable in my remaining days. 😁😄😍😘xx
