    Itchy ankles

This morning my ankles have been itching like mad, they are a bit swollen and I was a bit over exhuberant with the back scratcher 🤦🏼‍♀️Phil’s washed them & put some cream on and sat with my feet up for a while but still hasn’t settled down 🥺 any tips peeps? X

I hate itches Janette, so frustrating.

It could be a sign of an underlying condition, so always wise to have it checked out if it doesn't go away.

I use Epaderm Ointment if area is very itchy, not the cheapest but works for me, or ask the pharmacist for an intensive fragrance-free cream. If the skin is broken, the pharmacist needs to know. Sounds like a mission for Phil this afternoon, with photos of ankles.

    Love the flowers btw!

    Love Ellie.

It’s feel a bit better now Phil put some moisturiser on but I’ve got some Cetraben cream so I’ll get him to put some of that on when he stops winding people up on Facebook 🤦🏼‍♀️ Thanks Ellie I’ll keep my eye on them and a friend made the flower arrangements for me they’re lovely xx

😂 more chance of the cream working, I’ve not been well at all today I suppose it keeps him from mithering me 👍

Hi Janette, so sorry you've had a bad day !

I'm sending you hugs and hoping that tomorrow is better for you . Im also hoping you get relief from your itchy feet. It might not be relevant but sometimes my feet burn , usually in the night, and it drives me bonkers. Then they're fine for a few days so fingers crossed 🤞 for you.

                Love Debbie x

I know I sound like a broken record but try Aloe Vera Gel. It will eradicate itch, mend your skin and sooth the raging beast. I really don't sell it anymore. 😁😀😍😘xx

                            How are they today Janette?

Been thinking about you and it's a bit odd that it's both ankles - any new detergents, soap, floor cleaner, patio cleaner, weed killer sprayed, bugs, wheelchair cleaner etc? xx
