One good thing to come out of my last Hospital stay........No Rinse, shampoo and conditioner cap. Use cold or 20 seconds in the microwave at 70 watt. No water. Amazon Prime cheap at half the price. 👍😁😀😍xx

Have a towel on as there is water, and the massaging of the scalp for three minutes is important. Yes it does work. It's even better if you get someone else to do it! 😉😁🤗👍xx

I am lucky that my sister in law supports me 4 days a week so no excuse to have unwashed hair.She does a great job and paints my nails too.
Even when I don’t feel great it gives me a boost to feel good.
It must be so difficult for people who can’t do hair independently if they haven’t got carers or family to help.
Glad there are ways around it Matthew.

Even then it's easier and more comfortable just sitting instead of bent over a sink. I can't do showers anymore as it affects my ability to breathe.

I’ve had a go with one of those if I don’t feel up to the rigours of a shower. Great for a pick me up!
