Sounds odd doesn't it? But I'm being serious, I am grateful that I am dying early and more than likely peacefully in my sleep. Much better than from heat stroke, drowning, crushed, cooked or being blown away literally. The news is very scary and I pity future generations.

Yes I agree. I feel privileged to have lived a life without war, starvation, catastrophic weather. The next generations have huge challenges with climate change, etc. Last year I got my first ever 3 criminal convictions for sitting with XR peacefully on the road in protest, but now I struggle to know what I can do xDiagnosed July 2020, ALS bulbar onset. PEG and ventilator (mainly at night), and pretty poor speech, but legs still about functioning!Comment
