Yes I do, Mary - similar to you, most frequent in bed, but during the day too, less often and for shorter bursts.

At times they feel like an early pregnancy flutter, which evokes happy memories 😊 xx

I get fascic's in my torsoe. I feel them in my para-spinal muscles, and my "handlebars" around my midriff, as well as my diaphragm (below my rib cage and at the top of my stomach). I think they started sometime toward the end of 2020, slowly at first, and are becoming more regular now. I am about 6 years in from my first symptoms now.

Thanks for replies. At first I thought it was something to do with RIG that was recently fitted.
Comforting to know others experience the same feelings.
Thanks Ellie for sharing ...I am sure I will get used to the sensations.
            Best wishes

I find it odd about the fasciculations, my husband had them all over his legs, arms and stomach a couple of years ago - I thought of jumping beans!

now he gets none in the legs at all and fleetingly in the upper arms and stomach.............as he no longer does anything involving leg movement I have put it down to no muscle no fasciculation?

Weak and atrophied muscles cn have fasciculations too. They tend to be more complex and less stable than in strong muscles, maybe because atrophied muscles have more dense fibres, but the fasciculations in my paralysed arms are not the same as they are in non-paralysed muscles.

Don't worry if Albert doesn't have, or has, any fasciculations in a part of his body - they might be absent or may reappear and disappear. xx
