A big shout out for Abbott. I contact them on Tuesday to say my pump is making odd noises, I receive a new pump today and my old pump is being picked up tomorrow. Nice to have a company that is so efficient. 👍👍👍👍xx

Nutricia is the same - phone or email them and you've a new pump the same day, or the next morning.

Not much experience yet, but so far Abbott have been brilliant!

We have a strange name begins with f. Also been great and as we have dieticians in the hospital next door always immediate response. Saying that yesterday when trying to be efficient and do feed before cancelled hospital visit. It become more than apparent that the pump is not working.

So something else that really got to me. I'm expecting it to be sorted today. Failing that I do believe the ferry comes into plymouth today and I might well be on it when it leaves 😂

Well the funny thing is I got their telephone number out and just about to give them a call. Then I thought one more try! You know what I'm going to say it worked. If it doesn't work tomorrow.......
