I've been a different person since I realised that we can actually choose our emotional response. We can literally choose to be happy or sad. Take time to think about it. I'm not mad. πŸ€—πŸ‘πŸ˜˜πŸ˜xx

    Hi Matthew,
I agree we can choose emotional response but some times we just get a trigger to make us happy or sad.I also prefer not to mix with people who are always doom and gloom.

Beautiful morning here.OT calling in this morning and then a pub lunch.Have birthday vouchers for a year for riverside hotel/ pub and although I don’t eat a lot I thought it would be nice to treat 3 friends.
So time to dress up a bit and enjoy the day.
Hope you have a good day too Matthew.
    Best wishes
    Mary

Hope so. It's those triggers I'm talking about. It's a difficult concept to be sure but it's worth it because we are. πŸ‘πŸ˜πŸ˜˜πŸ˜xx
