Hubs hands don't work. i hold a hanky up to his nose and he blows.

A damp Q tip up the nose (gently) as Thomas directs me where it is.

If you have suction machine I have heard that allegedly you can use that.

A bit like the suction used at the dentist.

I suction my nose regularly but some stuff just won't budge! I can just imagine trying to explain this to a carer. 😉😁🤗😍xx

Never having been a nose picker myself, honestly!, if I feel bunged up, I use a saline spray and a cotton bud or kitchen roll to extract said blockage - well, when I say "I" do it, I mean a carer does it, of course 😏

A nebuliser can be good for loosening it up too. xx
