Thank goodness it was a child's dose given to a large adult and not the other way round! x

Many years ago I needed a vaccination and had to go over to the pharmacy from the surgery and pick up the vaccine - which was a strange set up but what do I know? After handing over the prescription they handed me a bottle which was the size of a milk bottle. At this point I thought there's something wrong here!!! When I complained it was panic stations between pharmacy and doctors surgery. 😐 you have to be so careful.

Could have been very bad consequences Mathew. I’m very glad that this didn’t occur. I also hope that your pharmacy takes much Betty care in the future x

    Mistakes happen

I was expecting a new drug so when a couple of bottles appeared in my regular delivery I didn't think twice. A week later I decided on a whim to read the label on the big bottle. To my surprise it wasn't my name! Worse it belonged to a child. Well I asked my gp and the next thing I know is the head chemist is knocking on my door full of apologies.
I assured hIm I was not worried or ill. Learn from my mistakes 😉😁🤗😍xx
