I'm in a bit of a dilemma. My eyes are constantly itching, and at times I seriously consider taking them out. Does anyone know of an eyedrop that works? π€π€ππxx

Previously boiled then cooled water. Wipe each eye with a separate cotton pad.
or maybe Optrex eye drops.
Eyes are so delicate maybe better to as GP?
My hospice nurse is able to prescribe but I think Matthew you've had an issue getting them to support you? Which is a shame.
ππInitial diagnosis 7-4-2021 'suspected MND' confirmed by 2nd opinion 4th June 2021 ALS. Began with R foot limp and lots of falls. NIV overnight. Generally weak. Mostly terrified.ββββββ

Hmmm, Brolene drops? Are they gunky?
O you have dry skin in eyebrows, eyelashes, scalp or forehead which could be falling into your eyes and irritating them?
But if they're "constantly itchy", which must be horrendous, get them checked out as there might be something better available on prescription.

Clean, clear and still working. Although crying is not what it used to be. I am going to ask one of them to trim my eye brows. It's true that when men get older and loose the hair on our heads it grows like mad everywhere else! πππ€πxxBulbar started Jan 2020. Mute and 100% tube fed but mobile and undefeated. I use trimmers on Stephen's eyebrows, ears and nose. No idea why it grows so much. What's that all about? Hearing gets worse as we get older dont need bunches of hair in the way.
wont aloe vera work on your eyebrows Matthew?
noticed Stephen has dry patches on top of his head.when i can think of something profound i will update this.

Me again
Stephen seems very sensitive to light. Haven't noticed it during the day or watching TV but when he goes to bed he doesn't like the overhead light on and he covers his eyes or starts rubbing them. Then he wants the lamp turned off even when I haven't got into bed. I'm not sure if it's just tiredness or something is wrong. Specsavers have just been so I don't think something is wrong. π€when i can think of something profound i will update this.
