The OT gave me a bluetooth speaker to go with my Speak Unique saved voice, which does make it louder but the clarity is not good. So I now (theoretically!) use some woman's voice using the Speech Assistant app which is loud and clear and doesn't need any amplifying. x

Mary C Bluetooth speakers are wireless, which is very handy, they just need to be 'paired' with your phone, tablet or PC. 'Pairing' just means the two devices can see and talk to each other and pairing is straightforward, as Matthew said, it prompts you to press certain buttons and/or keys. xx

18.99 from amazon. My technical knowledge is dire but this was easy to set up. Volume is very important I find. The louder the better. πŸ”ŠπŸ˜‰πŸ‘ŒπŸ€—xx

I can still type with both hands. It's my arm going quicker than my hand. I'm thinking of getting an old typewriter but have you seen the prices!? πŸ’πŸ§“πŸ˜’πŸ˜xx

    Update

I have finally decided to use txt to speech on my iPhone and a tiny but loud Bluetooth speaker. It's taken a while to get speed and timbre right and I still sound like a robot but people understand me. My Right arm and leg are almost gone. In bed I have to use my left arm to pull my right arm over and my right leg is dead weight when dressing. But I can still walk, turn over in bed and swallow so it's not all doom and gloom. No physically challenged ladies trying to sing yet. πŸŽΆπŸ’œπŸ˜πŸ€—xx
