Lynne i always have porridge and I put cranberries or other dried fruit in. This helps me stay regular because cranberries are great source of fibre.

I’m still having poached eggs on toast for lunch and liquid meals other meals.
I still transfer from my RR chair to wheelchair using my walker and just about managing to get from wheelchair to bed by grabbing bed guard and foot rest attachment tube on wheelchair leaning away from the wheelchair but it’s getting tricky.
My breath stacking is going well enough I think although a greater effort required.
My hands are dodgy, especially the right (with which I’m typing) that might be the up and coming decider. Xx

Today and yesterday I ate the same: vegan milkshake (with oat milk) for breakfast, poached eggs on toast for lunch and beans on toast for tea (eating carefully leaning forward and chewing with front teeth) xx

I managed beans on toast. I suppose it depends if I can cut the toast which I did, scoop up the beans which I could, lift fork to my mouth which I managed as met it half way. Chewing I did differently to normal as kept it at front of my mouth, chewed with front teeth and swallowed ok. I had another vegan yogurt after it. Now for more breath stacking xx
