    Giving back to mnda

So yesterday I managed 1.5 miles walking (supported by the husband lol). My friend is doing the 15000 a day steps challenge and I travelled to Harrogate to join her. It was blooming freezing but we are ex army friends of 30 plus years and we grinned and soldiered on. I have had such kindness from friends raising money for me so I donated a couple of hundred to the association. They truly deserve it. I choose not to do clinical trials but I'm putting mnd out there on Facebook to raise awareness. I did a 5 minute video today talking about how much the association does and more importantly the forum and what a lifeline it is for me. πŸ’– 20220115_181508.jpg
