I had poached eggs on toast, then went to do my teeth with toothpaste for dry mouths, then a bit of non alcohol mouthwash (all independently although Steve had loosened the top and I leave the top off my toothpaste). Then I sat on the loo and did my usual wipe down below with a pampers wipe. Got back to my RR chair from wheelchair using my walker (not for long). Now to watch a bit of tv before the Riluzole and Paracetamol Capsules challenge xx
