I experience 'Turtle' poos - after much effort, sometimes something pokes its head out, then disappears back inside its shell. (I'm sure I'm not the only one 🤔, most infuriating...) xx

When I was a nurse I woud put loose stools as I could never remember how to spell Diarrhoea,

which doesn't look right. When searched there was a few spellings.



Phoned the GP to ask for an official Bowel Regime, see what they come up with. To prevent instead of react.

Spoke to Hubs, he is prepared to try it in the evenings

As I said to the Family support lady, here's hoping for a "****" week as aposed to a "NO ****" week.

From personal experience it truely is agony, it was unfortunate that the black coffee stopped working.

And the curry Dal stopped working too.
