The company who run the payroll for the local authority (and advise me how to much to pay from direct payments) placed the ad on Gov.uk website and did all admin re; issuing contracts, arranging interviews etc. They even came to the interviews. So very helpful.

I've just received 3 copies of the contracts of employment, one for employee, one for me and one for the payroll company.

They then placed a further ad for the remaining hours hence further interview on Friday.

So far, direct payments is the way to go....
