Like you Sarahw I have ditched my knickers and trousers and wear dresses instead. Plus I have an incontinence sheet on my chair just in case … and lucky I did 😵‍💫

We bought some pants with side zips for my mum and they’ve been life changing. We now have several pairs and just rotate between them.
They unzip from ankle to waist, so you can lay them out on the chair or bed, opened up, then use the hoist to sit them down on the open pants. Then you lift the front bit up to the waist and zip them from waist to ankle.

Mum can’t move at all, but these pants keep her cosy and feel nice and secure.

They’re from adaptawear and they do them for men too: https://adaptawear.com/products/wome...full-side-zips

The Velcro knickers are great from there too, but you need to size up for them.

I just got a pair too, they are very good, especially with a leg bag. I’ll have to check out the Velcro knickers 😁
