If I have a cold, I'll use it 3-4x per day, otherwise I mostly use it 1-2x per day, which keeps me phlegm free 👍👍

Great that you're using it shelly21 and finding it good. xx

Ellie my respiratory consultant wants me to use it x4 a day. Today I actually fitted 4 sessions in and I'm really surprised how well its worked.

It helps even more so with nasal congestion.

Nebulisers are great little things and, as they only use saline, you're not using yet another medicine (although they can be used with meds if necessary)

The trick is to use the neb regularly, not only when mucus is thick - a daily 15min session can be a great preventative measure - but of course your nurse/doctor might give you different instructions. xx

Sorry to hear that rosemary. I've used it 3 times today using saline and it does seem to have helped. Get asking for one x

shelly21 Sounds like something I need, having spates of coughing and not being able to breathe again. Hate it.

shelly21 I haven’t got a nebuliser. Do they soften the mucus?

I don't think its a chest infection but I often end up with one after a cold. I will keep an eye on it. I'm using my nebuliser lots x

I've just looked up tree pollen. February through to mid March there's a lot of pollen about hazel, yew and birch. Eucalyptus pollen used to make me ill. Not good when suffering from asthma.

I picked up a cold from my granddaughter, which really got to my chest and floored me. I have a cough assist machine but hadn’t been using it regularly because it seemed to unnecessarily stress my throat. Trying to practice it now. Horrible when your phlegm gets stuck in your throat and you can’t breathe. Have you got a chest infection and need antibiotics? Hope it passes quickly which mine has finally done x

My daughter is a school teacher and always worried about bringing things to us we don't want but not seeing her is upsetting so we would rather take the risk. 🤔
