Good to hear from you Lynne, like others I’ve been concerned about you. I’m sorry you are in such pain. I use a pillow like the top one in Ellie’s post. It has been very helpful for my stiff neck. Sending a gentle hug xx

I've known people with arthritic necks get relief by using a crepe bandage (or similar) tied loosely round the middle of a feather pillow to form a butterfly shape.
