ALS diagnosed November 2017, limb onset. For the 4 yrs previously I was losing my balance.

I'm staying positive and taking each day as it comes.

    • Oh Lynne. I'm so sorry.

Get out of hospital as soon as possible.

      I love you too. xxxxx

Good to hear from you Lynne, like others I’ve been concerned about you. I’m sorry you are in such pain. I use a pillow like the top one in Ellie’s post. It has been very helpful for my stiff neck. Sending a gentle hug xx

I've known people with arthritic necks get relief by using a crepe bandage (or similar) tied loosely round the middle of a feather pillow to form a butterfly shape.
Started limping 2017, diagnosed August 2021. Wheelchair user and reduced shoulder and hand function. Trying to be positive 😺.

Lynne K I was so pleased to see your post yesterday, I’m sure lots of people here have been worried about you. I hope some of the suggestions made can be realised and make you feel more comfortable soon.

Thinking of you Lynne and sending love xx

if you can manage a WhatsApp message and tell me what you want - I can bring it to the hospital. I’m probably the closest distance wise. Honestly…it’s no trouble.

                Kath xx
