    hydration

    with summer here. well it might just turn up you never know. i just thought i would share something. might be that you've all known about this but i just heard about it on a dementia adventure zoomy yesterday.

    That equates to over ยฃ20 for a litre of water ๐Ÿ˜ฒ which even manages to make petrol look cheap.

      I think you are right. Its father's day and his 71st birthday so I was trying to be a sweetheart๐Ÿงšโ€โ™€๏ธ. Think i will go back to my usual ๐ŸงŸโ€โ™€๏ธ and he can have bread and water. ๐Ÿคฃ
