Ellie - aren't sliders and socks illegal? π€£π€£π€£Diagnosis confirmed as atypical ALS Jan 2022 (age 46) after several years misdiagnosed.
Symptoms began in left foot 2017. Now widespread. Powerchair user, useless left arm and clumsy right hand but generally positive!Comment

It is wonderful, one of life's little joys when your feet are warmπ.
Weirdly, my feet are often just cool, but it's only my calf muscles that are like ice! However, while the warm weather means warmer legs, my walking gets much worse in the heat!π€ of course!!!Comment

Well funnily enough I thought living in a hot country I wouldn't ache so much but I have to say it isn't true. Good old blighty and I dont ache so much. πwhen i can think of something profound i will update this.Comment
