Yes, but warmed as an all over professional physiotherapy massage oil.
(Good Hemp, in bottles from Waitrose or Sainsbury).
I've tried to have weekly appointments over the last six months to make my mind up as to whether it helps with muscle aches...

Arcadian - not used the oil, but have fortnightly sports massage and has helped me with cramps, stiffness and pain without a doubt.Diagnosis confirmed as atypical ALS Jan 2022 (age 46) after several years misdiagnosed.
Symptoms began in left foot 2017. Now widespread. Powerchair user, useless left arm and clumsy right hand but generally positive!Comment
