    Eye Droop

    Hi everyone
Just a quick question has anyone suffered from eye lid droop I have developed twitching in my right eye and then it sometimes just stays down . Hope this makes sense . My first contact with the Hospice has gone well and now receiving emotional support which is great the lady I spoke to was very knowledgeable and understanding. Take care everyone on this terrible journey.

My husband did have this, we told hospice and it turns out it was a suspected TIA (mini stroke) nothing to do with MND at all. It has since rectified itself.
Carer for husband diagnosed with ALS April 2021. Hand onset. PEG fed, completely immobile, communicated with eye gaze

    Sense of humour intact throughout.

    Sadly passed away peacefully 2/9/22

When I look at photos of myself I then notice eyelid dropping. But my weakness is predominantly on the right hand side (left is catching up).

We can't put everything down to mnd but I think we do.

So glad your hospice visit went well x
Diagnosed May 2021 bulbar onset als.
