    Self help for stress

My daughter who is a clinical psychologist just got a job counselling traumatised young refugees and asylum seekers, is trying with them this self tapping method for dealing with stress app. I am going to give it a go, and if anyone else fancies doing it, I would be interested to compare notes. Some people won’t be physically able to, I have wonky hands with limited movement, and can’t get to some areas of my face because of ventilator mask. But some carers might fancy it too??

Diagnosed July 2020, ALS bulbar onset. PEG and ventilator (mainly at night), and pretty poor speech, but legs still about functioning!

I know about this. It's very calming. I have no idea if its the tapping that works or it's simply focusing on doing it. If it works who cares.
