Hi, sorry I can't offer any advice with this, hopefully someone will have some knowledge or advice. My Dad's head drops forward and now to the side so he uses a neck brace, or reclines in his bed. He has lots of issues with thick mucus and is on medication for that and to keep the thin saliva under some control but he doesn't seem to have the drip at the back of the throat. Hope you can get some help with it.

House44 wonder if a steroid nasal spray would help? I took this years ago for post nasal drip.

House44 Wayne, if I'm not wearing my neck brace and lean forward, saliva goes into my nose, which isn't nice at all 😟

Ask your Neuro, MND Nurse, or whoever told you that you have Drop Head Syndrome what nasal spray you can take for the post-nasal drip, as not all are suitable.

So good to hear that your saliva output has been tamed! xx
