At our Cineworld in Gloucester there are the wheelchair spaces right at the front close to the screen.
However - and not a lot of people know this...
In some screens there is an accessible "royal box" (as we call it) a sort of private balcony up next to the projection box.
Wheelchair accessible and with seats for your 2 favourite companions. I was up in one today watching Bullet Train.
Look on the seating plan when you book online and select your seats - if there is a wheelchair icon right at the back - that's the badger!
We have to get the cinema staff to put the magic key into the lift so that it will go up to the projection level
I hope there are cinemas near you with this feature.
For those of you with amorous intentyou could get up to all sorts up there
Hi, I'm Eddie.
Started with wobbly left ankle in Nov 2020. Diagnosed 22 Oct 2021, confirmed by 2nd opinion 4 days later.
Full time powerchair user. Overnight NIV. PEG'ed but still eating. Voice banked but still talking.
Still wondering what the future will bring.

We can book on-line, but unfortunately it only allows us to book the wheelchair space and a companion space. Not that great as we are a family of three.
When I try to book three spaces together I can't book the third seat for my son next to the other two seats, it defaults to show a space between us!!
Clearly disabled people are only supposed to have 1 friend and no family!Started limping 2017, diagnosed August 2021. Wheelchair user and reduced shoulder and hand function. Trying to be positive 😺.
